Are you factory or trading company?

Yes, we have been working for many clients with official license permission from real car/machinery manufacturer, such as Porsche, Audi, HYUNDAI CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT, CNH Industrial….Our scale model is released same time at real car/machinery launch event, we understand the importance of keep everything confidentiality.

Can you arrange products shipping from your factory to other countries?

Yes, we have good long term cooperation with professional shipping agent with competetive price , they can handle shipping to different countries all over the world, by sea, by air, by train all can be done according to client’s specific requirement.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity?

For diecast metal and plastic material, MOQ 1000pcs/design, because there will be expensive tooling molds cost no matter how many pieces you need for production later. Lower total production cost if you plan large order quantity production. We can produce 500pcs small order quantity sometimes, but unit cost will be far much more expensive for sure.
For resin material, MOQ 300pcs/design, it is fragile material, product can be broken if fall off from desk, it can be used for adult collection display purpose only, not kids toy. Lower total production cost if you plan small order quantity production. We can produce 100pcs small order quantity sometimes, but unit cost will be far much more expensive for sure.

How is project process working?

In general, the project process will be like this. First, We make 3D drawings of the products based on the information provide by your side and sent for your comment&approval. Then we make 3D printed prototype based on the approved 3D design, sent it for your comment and approval. After prototype is confirmed, we make tooling molds and decoration sample (pre-production sample) for your comment and approval. Then, we start mass production according to the approved deco sample. In this way, the production can be same as what you need. Almost any shape design you can imagine, we can turn your idea into a scale model toy replicas gift product.

What information do you need to start 3D design?

In general, there are 3 different ways to start 3D design developments. More detail information provide from clients, more accurate the scale model will be.
1. For modern vehicle, some clients will send us the original 1/1 real vehicle clear detail pictures from different views, dimensions and CAD files, .STEP and .IGS format are better if you have it, although .STL, .OBJ can work too .
2. For classic old historical vehicle, some clients will send us a different size (but same vehicle design shape) reference sample or model kits for us to 3D scan, then we will enlarge or scale down the size into a new size according to real vehicle pictures.
3. Some client only provide real car pictures and size specifications, it can work but will take much more time to have accurate 3D design done.

Can I use your existing tooling molds, but change with our own logos color decoration?

Our factory main business is, produce custom design products with new tooling molds, custom size, shape design, logos color decoration, package all can be done according to clients’ specific requirement. Our clients have license, we do not. Most of our existing design belong to our clients who have already paied tooling molds all development cost and it can not be used without permission. There are only few existing tooling molds are allowed to use as clients already agreed.
